Welcome to June!
Just a few things to communicate with you about summer training.
- Summer Conditioning (all sports) begins on June 15. It is strongly encouraged that you participate in the strength and conditioning sessions over the summer, runners need strength and flexibility, not just endurance! - We will start our team summer runs on Tuesday July 7 at 8:00 PM in from of the east campus. These runs provide an opportunity to get together and get some miles in. Summer runs are scheduled at 8 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays through August 6.
- You have a Google form in your email to judge interest on running after weights (10 AM) Monday through Thursday starting June 15 and ending July 2. This would just be a good opportunity to get yourself on a schedule and log some early miles with friends/teammates.
